摘要
以MJH300E煤矿用机载锚杆钻机为研究对象,将机载锚杆钻机与掘进机结合在一起,探讨机载锚杆钻机的改造设计,建立机载锚杆钻机的仿真模型,进行机载锚杆钻机力学分析,探讨其在工程应用效果,减少工序转换时间,能够做到快速精准定位,使钻孔过程变得更为安全、稳定。
Taking MJH300E machine-mounted anchor drilling rig for coal mine as an example,combining machine-mounted anchor drilling rig with roadheading machine,exploring the modification design of machine-mounted anchor drlling rig,establishing the simulation model of machine-mounted anchor drlling rig,carrying out the mechanical analysis of machine-mounted anchor drilling rig,and exploring the effect of its application in the project to reduce the conversion time of the work process,and be able to achieve fast and accurate positioning,so as to make the drilling process become more safe and stable.
