基于响应面法的管状带式输送机桁架结构优化设计

摘要 以HF-SSJ-60型管状带式输送机为研究对象,介绍一种基于响应面法的管状带式输送机桁架结构设计方法。该方法先根据原输送机桁架结构特点设置设计变量,并通过中心复合试验的方式确定样本点。然后以此为基础,通过优化数学模型及粒子群优化算法的方式对桁架结构进行优化,从而得到更加良好的桁架结构,确保桁架受力特性符合要求的同时,降低桁架质量,确认该方法具有一定应用价值。 Taking HF-SSJ-60 tubular belt conveyor as an example,a truss structure design method of tubular belt conveyor based on response surface method is introduced.The method first sets the design variables according to the original conveyor truss structure characteristics and determines the sample points by means of central composite test.Then,based on this,the truss structure is optimized by means of optimized mathematical model and particle swarm optimization algorithm,so as to obtain a better truss structure,ensure that the truss force characteristics meet the requirements and reduce the weight of the truss at the same time,which confirms that this method has a certain application value.
