矿用电控液压移动列车组的研究与应用

摘要 针对煤矿以往使用绞车来牵引设备列车,存在安全性差、效率低、人员劳动强度大等问题,研制了矿用电控液压移动列车组。通过引入电液控制系统、无线传输系统、调偏控制系统等,显著提高了设备列车自动化控制水平。对综采工作面实现减人增效、安全运行以及去绞车化具有重要现实意义。 Aiming at the coal mine's previous use of winches to haul equipment trains,which had problems such as poor safety,low eficiency,and high labour intensity of personnel,an electrically-controlled hydraulic mobile train set for mining was developed.Through the introduction of electro-hydraulic control system,wireless transmission system,deflection adjustment control system,etc.,the level of automatic control of equipment train has been significantly improved.It is of great practical significance for the comprehensive mining face to achieve manpower reduction and efficiency,safe operation and de-winch.
