摘要
基于变频节能技术,介绍一种适用于井下主通风机风量调节的变频节能系统设计。具体设计主要包括系统总体架构设计和模糊PID控制器设计两部分,其中模糊PID控制设计由风量调节系统控制结构和模糊控制规模共同组成。根据系统基本结构,通过MATLAB/Simulink构建仿真模型,实施仿真分析,确认系统可行性后,将系统应用于工程实践,进一步检验系统的应用价值。
Based on the frequency conversion and energy saving technology,the design of a frequency conversion and energy saving system is introduced,which is applicable to the air volume adjustment of underground main ventilation fan.The specific design mainly includes the overall system architecture design and fuzzy PID controller design,in which the fuzzy PID control design consists of the control structure of the airflow regulation system and the fuzzy control scale.According to the basic structure of the system,the simulation model is constructed through MATLAB/Simulink,and the simulation analysis is carried out to confirm the feasibility of the system,and then the system is applied to the engineering practice to further test the application value of the system.
