关于带式输送机煤矿流量测量系统关键技术的研究

摘要 以煤矿带式输送机为研究对象,利用激光三角测量方法实现皮带煤矿流量的测量。设计的测量系统硬件方面主要包括激光器、相机、计算机等,其中前两者的型号分别为KYX650N150-T1670和VMD200C。由激光器发射的激光束到达煤矿物料表面后发生漫反射,然后到达相机获取图像,利用计算机内置算法程序对图像处理后,可以感知煤矿截面形状及面积,进而得到煤矿流量。针对皮带速度为0.2m/s、0.5m/s和1m/s三种工况进行实验测试,发现速度越大测量误差越大,但最大误差在6%以内,可以满足煤矿的实际使用要求。 Taking the coal mine belt conveyor as the research object,the laser triangulation method is used to achieve the measurement of belt coal mine flow.The hardware of the designed measurement system mainly includes laser,camera,computer,etc.,of which the first two models are KYX650N150-T1670 and VMD200C.The laser beam emitted by the laser arrives at the surface of the coal mine material after diffuse reflection,and then arrives at the camera to obtain the image,and the image processing by the built-in algorithmic procedure of the computer can perceive the shape of the cross-section of the coal mine and the area,and then obtain the coal mine flow.After the image is processed by the algorithm built into the computer,the shape and area of the coal mine cross-section can be perceived and the coal mine flow rate can be obtained.For the belt speed of 0.2 m/s,0.5 m/s and 1 m/s three conditions for experimental testing,found that the larger the speed of the measurement error,but the maximum error within 6%,can meet the actual use of coal mine requirements.
