摘要
基于中国2006-2020年282个城市面板数据,构建双重差分模型、中介效应模型和空间杜宾模型实证探究知识产权保护与绿色技术创新的关系。结果表明:(1)知识产权保护显著促进绿色技术创新,且发展水平和人力资本水平高的城市促进作用越明显,同时也存在区域异质性和城市规模异质性。(2)加强知识产权保护可以通过强化环境规制效果、提升创新能力以及增大研发投等路径,最终推动绿色技术创新水平的提升。(3)知识产权保护具有空间溢出效应,对本市及周边城市的绿色技术创新均具有显著促进作用。
Based on the panel data of 282 cities in China from 2006 to 2020,this paper constructs a DID model,a mediating effect model,and a spatial Durbin model to empirically explore the relationship between intellectual property protection(IPP)and green technology innovation.The empirical results show that:(1)IPP significantly promotes green technology innovation,and the promotion effects of cities with high development levels and human capital levels are more obvious.(2)strengthening IPP can ultimately promote the level of green technology innovation by strengthening the effect of environmental regulation,improving innovation ability,and increasing R&D investment.(3)IPP has a spatial spillover effect,which has a significant role in promoting green technology innovation in the city and surrounding cities.
