摘要
为了验证国家高新区对企业绿色创新效率的提升效果,文中基于全国178家国家高新区2007—2022年中国A股市场上市企业数据,运用地理信息系统和百度地图后台有效识别国家高新区园区内企业的矢量信息,采用渐进式双重差分(DID)方法,检验国家高新区对企业绿色创新的政策效应。研究表明,国家高新区的设立可以显著提升企业的绿色创新水平,企业的绿色专利申请数较未设立国家级高新区之前约增加3.5%。此外,相较于企业发明专利而言,国家高新区的政策实施对企业实用新型专利申请数的促进作用更加显著。
To verify the influence of national high-tech zones on the improvment of the efficiency of green innovation in enterprises,based on datas of listed companies in Chinese A-share market from 2007 to 2022,the vector information of enterprises within national high-tech zones was effectively identified using geographic information system and baidu map.The differences-in-differences(DID)method was adopted to examine the policy effects of national high-tech zones on enterprise green innovation.The research findings show that the establishment of national high-tech zones can significantly enhance the level of green innovation of enterprises,with the number of green patent applications increasing by approximately 3.5%compared to that before the establishment of such zones.In addition,compared to enterprise invention patents,the implementation of policies related to the establishment of national high-tech zones has a more significant promoting effect on the number of utility model patent applications of enterprises.
