摘要
辣椒是我国重要的经济作物,具有良好的生长适应性,在全国很多地区均有种植。辣椒在种植过程中容易发生多种病虫害,通常使用农药进行防治,但农药使用后残留量的高低直接影响辣椒的质量安全。本文对辣椒生产中常见的病虫害种类、农药品种、农药残留特征以及农药残留色谱质谱检测方法进行综述,分析辣椒生产中面临的农药残留问题并提出建议,以期为辣椒生产安全和产业发展提供理论参考。
Pepper is an important cash crop in our country,with good growth adaptability,and it is planted in many areas of the country.Chili peppers are prone to various diseases and pests during the planting process,usually use pesticides for control,however,the residual amount of pesticides after use also directly affects the quality of pepper safety.This article reviews the common types of pests and diseases,pesticide varieties,pesticide residue characteristics,and pesticide residue chromatography mass spectrometry detection methods in pepper production,analyze the pesticide residue problems faced in pepper production and provide suggestions,to provide theoretical reference for the safe production of pepper and the development of the industry.
