基于UPLC-MS/MS定量检测水产品中地西泮的研究

摘要 本研究采用超高效液相色谱-串联质谱法(Ultra High Performance Liquid Chromatography Tandem Mass Spectrometry,UPLC-MS/MS),快速定量检测水产品中地西泮。方法检出限为0.24 μg·L^(-1),定量限为0.81 μg·L^(-1);线性范围为10~1 000 μg·L^(-1),线性方程为y=1 650x-180,相关系数为0.999;基质效应绝对值为10.1%,具有较好的稳定性和精密度。在实际样品检测中,两个草鱼样品中检测到低于检测限的地西泮残留,可能与高饲养量、基质标准物质缺乏以及地理条件有关。 This study proposes a rapid and quantitative detection method for diazepam in aquatic products using ultra high performance liquid chromatography tandem mass spectrometry(UPLC-MS/MS).The detection limit of diazepam is 0.24μg·L^(-1),and the quantitative limit is 0.81μg·L^(-1).The linear range is 10μg·L^(-1) to 1000μg·L^(-1),and the linear equation is y=1650x-180,with a correlation coefficient of 0.999.The absolute value of matrix effect was 10.1%,which has good stability and precision.The detection of diazepam residues below the detection limit in two grass carp samples may be related to high feeding levels,lack of matrix standard substances,and geographical conditions.
