QuEChERS-液相色谱-串联质谱法测定4种蔬菜中19种农药的基质效应研究

摘要 以小白菜、白萝卜、茎用莴苣和青花菜为研究对象,空白阴性样品用QuEChERS法进行前处理,配制成19种常见农药的混合基质标曲,采用液相色谱-串联质谱法检测,并进行基质效应分析。结果表明,样品经QuEChERS前处理后,基质效应仍然存在,但是所有蔬菜中弱基质效应参数占比均超过60%,说明试剂标准定量具有很强的参考价值。石墨化炭黑可以有效降低深色蔬菜部分参数的基质效应,但基质效应与蔬菜颜色深浅可能没有直接关联。 Chinese cabbage,white radish,stem lettuce and broccoli were taken as the research objects,and the blank negative samples were pretreated with QuEChERS method,and the mixed matrix calibration of 19 common pesticides was prepared,which was detected by liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry,and the matrix effect analysis was carried out.The results showed that the matrix effect still existed after QuEChERS pretreatment,but the weak matrix effect parameters accounted for more than 60%of all vegetables,indicating that the reagent standard quantification had strong reference value.Graphitized carbon black can effectively reduce the matrix effect of some parameters of dark vegetables,but the matrix effect may not be directly related to the color shade of vegetables.
