摘要
Cu^(2+)的定量检测对于保护自然环境及维持人体健康具有十分重要的意义。目前,Cu^(2+)的荧光检测法大多为单峰检测,易受到背景信号干扰而影响检测结果。实验以生菜为生物质碳源,通过溶剂热法合成了Cu^(2+)特异性检测比率型碳点,线性范围为0.8~70.0 μmol·L^(-1),最低检出限为0.449 μmol·L^(-1),最低定量限为1.45 μmol·L^(-1)。合成的碳点在生活用水中的Cu^(2+)检测中显示出优异性能,回收率为96.5%~103.5%,相对标准偏差小于5%。
The quantitative detection of Cu^(2+)is of great significance for protecting the natural environment and maintaining human health.At present,most fluorescence detection methods for Cu^(2+)are single peak detection,which is easily affected by background signal interference.In this experiment,lettuce was used as a biomass carbon source and Cu^(2+)specific detection ratio carbon dots were synthesized by solvothermal method,with a linear range of 0.8~70.0μmol·L^(-1),limit of detection at 0.449μmol·L^(-1),limit of quantification at 1.45μmol·L^(-1).The carbon dots showed excellent performance in the detection of Cu^(2+)in domestic water,with a recovery rate of 96.5%~103.5%and a relative standard deviation of less than 5%.
