摘要
随着食品工业的快速发展,食品添加剂已成为保证食品质量和安全的关键因素。然而,对于这些添加剂的有效检测和监控,仍然是一个严峻的挑战。现代分析技术在食品添加剂检测领域发挥着重要作用,能够为保证食品安全提供技术支撑。基于此,本文重点介绍色谱技术、生物传感器、分子光谱技术、毛细管电泳技术等在食品添加剂检测中的应用,并提出提升食品添加剂检测技术的措施。
With the rapid development of the food industry,food additives have become a key factor in ensuring food quality and safety.However,effective detection and monitoring of these additives remains a serious challenge.Modern analytical technology plays an important role in the field of food additive detection,which can provide technical support for ensuring food safety.Based on this,this paper focuses on the application of chromatography,biosensor,molecular spectroscopy and capillary electrophoresis in the detection of food additives,and puts forward measures to improve the detection technology of food additives.
