摘要
食品防腐剂作为食品中常用的食品添加剂,在食品行业中使用愈发广泛,对其加强检验检测是保障食品安全的必要基础。本文概述食品防腐剂的定义和分类情况,综述应用于食品防腐剂检测的主要方法和技术,旨在为食品防腐剂检验检测工作提供借鉴。
As a commonly used food additive in food,food preservatives are used more and more widely in the food industry.To strengthen its inspection and testing is the necessary basis to ensure food safety.In this paper,the definition and classification of food preservatives are summarized,and the main methods and techniques applied to food preservatives testing are reviewed,in order to provide reference for food preservatives testing.
