摘要
本文分析了食品质量检测技术的实施现状,重点探讨了检测方法标准化程度不足、仪器设备精度和灵敏度限制以及现场快速检测技术局限性等问题,提出了建立统一检测标准体系、提升仪器性能及检测灵敏度、开发便携式快速检测设备等对策,以期有效提升食品质量检测的准确性、灵敏度和实用性,为保障食品安全提供重要技术支撑。
This article analyzes the current implementation status of food quality testing technology,with a focus on exploring issues such as insufficient standardization of testing methods,limitations in instrument and equipment accuracy and sensitivity,and limitations in rapid on-site testing technology.It proposes measures such as establishing a unified testing standard system,improving instrument performance and sensitivity,and developing portable rapid testing equipment,in order to effectively improve the accuracy,sensitivity,and practicality of food quality testing and provide important technical support for ensuring food safety.
