基于食品分类体系的食品添加剂使用问题及食品安全风险防控措施

摘要 食品添加剂在改善食品的感官性状、防止食品腐败变质、提高食品安全性等方面均发挥着重要作用。近年来,食品安全事件屡见不鲜,食品添加剂的使用问题日益受到社会各界的高度关注。我国现行的食品安全国家标准规定的食品分类与食品生产许可分类目录、GB 2760系列标准的食品分类系统不尽相同,因此理清食品分类对于食品添加剂的使用尤为重要。本文基于食品分类体系研究,探讨食品分类体系的实际应用,重点阐述食品生产许可现场核查发现的有关食品添加剂的使用问题,并提出相应的食品安全风险防控措施,旨在为国内食品添加剂的合规使用提供参考。 Food additives play an important role in improving the sensory properties of food,preventing food spoilage,and improving food safety.In recent years,food safety incidents are common,and the use of food additives has increasingly attracted great attention from all walks of life.The food classification stipulated in China’s current national food safety standards is not the same as the food production license classification catalogue and the food classification system of GB 2760,so it is particularly important to clarify the food classification for the use of food additives.Based on the research of food classification system,this paper discusses the practical application of food classification system,focuses on the use of food additives found in the on-site verification of food production license,and proposes corresponding food safety risk prevention and control measures,aiming to provide reference for the compliant use of food additives in China.
