北京地区食用林产品质量安全风险现状分析与对策建议

摘要 2024年是实施“十四五”规划的关键之年,建设“绿色、优质、安全、高效”的都市型现代园林绿化产业体系是园林绿化行业的重要工作内容。本文主要从绿色、优质、安全、高效等角度,简要分析北京食用林产品目前的质量安全现状,针对生产、加工、流通环节存在的问题,提出推进标准落地、深化源头管理、提升绿色防控能力以及创新监督和服务工作等建议,以期保障消费者的身体健康,推动北京市食用林产品标准化生产和规范化管理。 2024 is a critical year for the implementation of the 14th Five-Year Plan,and the construction of a“green,high-quality,safe and efficient”urban modern landscaping industry system is an important part of the landscaping industry.This article briefly analyzes the current quality and safety status of Beijing’s edible forest products from the perspectives of green,high-quality,safe and efficient.In view of the problems in the production,processing and circulation links,it proposes countermeasures such as promoting the implementation of standards,deepening source management,improving green prevention and control capabilities,and innovating supervision and service work,in order to protect the health of consumers and promote the standardized production and standardized management of Beijing’s edible forest products.
