摘要
为探究不同地区茶叶硒含量,本文抽取宣恩县42个茶叶样本,采用氢化物原子荧光法检测总硒含量,结果表明,万寨产区茶叶硒含量最高,均值为0.209 mg·kg^(-1);椒园产区均值为0.125 mg·kg^(-1);晓关产区均值为0.037 mg·kg^(-1);长潭产区均值为0.039 mg·kg^(-1);珠山产区在均值为0.053 mg·kg^(-1)。该结果为挖掘天然富硒茶资源和开发富硒茶产品提供理论参考。
To explore the selenium content in tea from different regions,this article extracts 42 tea samples from Xuanen county,adopt detected the total selenium content by using the hydride atomic fluorescence method.The results indicate that the selenium content of tea from Wanzhai production area is the highest,with the mean value of 0.209 mg·kg^(-1),the mean value of 0.125 mg·kg^(-1) in Jiaoyuan production area,the mean value of 0.037 mg·kg^(-1) in Xiaoguan production area,the mean value of 0.039 mg·kg^(-1) in Changtan production area,the mean value of 0.053 mg·kg^(-1) in Zhushan production area.This result provides theoretical reference for exploring natural selenium rich tea resources and developing selenium rich tea products.
