灰岩特征与高反应活性生石灰关系研究

摘要 高活性生石灰既是钢铁生产中重要的助溶剂和造渣材料,也是生产高品质纳米碳酸钙产品的重要原材料。前人研究发现生石灰反应活性除与原料灰岩纯度相关外,还受其他不明因素影响。为进一步探讨生石灰反应活性与灰岩的其他特征关系,对广西9个灰岩矿床11组灰岩样品开展物相分析、主要化学成分分析和生石灰T60值测定,以揭示生石灰T60值与灰岩CaO和MgO含量、灰岩结构、灰岩方解石粒径以及灰岩煅烧时间的关系。结果表明:①碎屑结构灰岩比其他结构灰岩更有利于生产高反应活性生石灰;②碎屑结构灰岩碎屑中方解石平均粒径越小,越有利于以更低能耗生产高反应活性生石灰;③在灰岩w(CaO)>54.0%条件下,生石灰T60值与灰岩CaO和MgO含量关系较弱。研究成果可为圈定优质灰岩矿床提供参考。 High-activity quicklime is not only an important co-solvent and slagging material in steel production,but also an important raw material to produce high-quality nano-calcium carbonate products.Previous researches have found that the reaction activity of quicklime is not only related to the purity of limestone,but also other uncertain factors.This study aims to explore for further the relationship between quicklime reaction activity and other characteristics of limestone.In this study,11 groups of limestone samples from 9 limestone deposits in Guangxi are subjected to phase analysis,main chemical composition analysis,and quicklime T60 value measurement to reveal the relationship between quicklime T60 value and limestone primary composition(CaO,MgO),limestone texture,calcite grain size of limestone and calcination time.The result is indicated as follows.(1)Clastic limestone is the best candidate than other texture limestones for producing high reaction activity quicklime.(2)The smaller average calcite particle size in the clasitic limestone,the higher reaction activity of quicklime is produced with lower energy consumption.(3)Under conditions where the CaO content of the limestone is greater than 54.0 percent,quicklime T60 values have weak relation with limestone composition such as CaO and MgO.The research result is provided as a reference for delineating high-quality limestone deposit.
