摘要
将钛箔与夹有SiC纤维的铝箔交替叠置,在650℃×5h+1000℃×3h+1320℃×2h的条件下真空热压,制备了SiC_(f)/TiAl复合材料板材。板材的基体为α_(2)/γ全片层组织,在基体-纤维-基体交界的部分位置有“耳”状孔洞产生。基体和SiC纤维之间发生界面反应,反应产物从纤维到基体依次是SiC|TiC|Ti_(3)SiC_(2)|Ti_(5)Si_(3)|Ti_(5)(Si,Al)_(3)+Ti_(2)AlC|γ|α_(2)/γ团簇;从热力学、动力学和晶体学的角度分析了界面产物Ti_(5)Si_(3)、Ti_(3)SiC_(2)以及TiC的产生机理。
SiC_(f)/TiAl composite was prepared by hot pressing alternative Ti foil/Al foil/SiC fiber in vacuum at 650℃×5h+1000℃×3h+1320℃×2h.A fully lamellar microstructure in the matrix and reactions at the interface of fiber and matrix are observed.Ear-like holes exist at the matrix/fiber/matrix interface.The interfacial phases from the fiber to the matrix,are SiC∣TiC∣Ti_(3)SiC_(2)∣Ti_(5)Si_(3)∣Ti_(5)(Si,Al)_(3)+Ti_(2)AlC∣γ∣α_(2)/γcolony,accordingly.The phases formation mechanism are explained from views of kinetics,dynamics and crystallography.
