船舶电力系统电弧故障检测及危害评估

摘要 针对电力推进船舶电弧故障引起的船舶火灾事故逐年增加的现状,讨论引起船舶发生电弧故障的原因,分析交直流、串并联电路电弧故障的时域和频域特性。对比分析现有电弧模型和电弧故障检测技术,根据IEEE1584和NFPA 70E标准给出船舶电力系统电弧故障危害分析计算方法和电弧危害等级类别。在此基础上,结合实际案例对电弧故障的危害进行评估分析,并提出可靠的电弧保护措施。 In response to the increasing number of ship fire accidents caused by arc faults onboard electric propulsion ship,resulting in casualties and property losses,this paper discusses the causes of ship arc faults and analyzes the time-domain and frequency-domain characteristics of arc faults in AC/DC and series parallel circuits.The existing arc models and arc fault detection technologies are compared and analyzed.The calculation method and the arc hazard level classification for ship power system arc fault hazard analysis based on IEEE1584 and NFPA 70E standards are provided.On this basis,combined with actual project cases,the hazards of electric arcs are evaluated and analyzed,and reliable protection measures are proposed.
