船舶铁舾件优化出图的研究与应用

摘要 为缩短船舶建造周期,提出通过多种出图策略和实践方法,包括按区域与种类出图、按不同阶段出图、融合种类与阶段出图和基于参数化设计的标准件出图等,基于国产软件SPD进行精准建模,解决铁舾件因种类繁多而不便批量生产的问题。实践表明,通过铁舾件优化出图及标准化实施分阶段安装,能使铁舾件与主船体结构同时实现完整性,提高船舶建造的完整性和建造效率。 To shorten the construction cycle of ships,various drawing strategies and practical methods are proposed,including drawing by region and type,drawing by different stages,integrating types and stages,and drawing based on parameterized design of standard parts.Precision modeling is carried out based on domestic software SPD to solve the problem of inconvenient mass production of iron fittings due to the wide variety of types.Practice has shown that by optimizing the design of iron fittings and implementing standardized phased installation,the integrity of iron fittings and the main hull structure can be achieved simultaneously,improving the integrity and efficiency of ship construction.
