摘要
围绕新形势下如何做好全过程培养创新型人才的问题,研究探索适合高职计算机类专业学生的“三位一体”创新创业教学和实践体系,利用OBE矩阵构建多样化创新创业教育课程;参照“CDIO”教育模式,引入企业真实项目,开发专业课程群实践训练项目;依托“众创空间”,与企业合作,以项目为主导、以团队为主体打造创新创业实践“大课堂”“分层递进”培养创新型人才。经过实践,学生参加各级各类创新创业竞赛获奖质量和数量均有突破,毕业生中自主创业学生占比提升,展现出较高的创新创业教育效能。
In order to cultivate innovative talents in the whole process under the new situation,the article explores suitable innovation and entrepreneurship teaching and practice system of"Three-in-One"for students of computer majors in high vocational college by using OBE matrix to construct diversified innovation and entrepreneurship education curriculum,referring to the"CDIO"education model,introducing real projects of enterprises and improving the practice teaching projects of professional course group,and relying on Maker Space and cooperation with enterprises to create a big classroom for innovation and entrepreneurship practice in which it is taking the project as the leading role and the team as the main body,so as to realize the cultivation of innovative talents in a hierarchical and progressive way.After several years of practice,the quality and quantity of awards for students participating in innovation and entrepreneurship competitions at all levels have made breakthroughs,and the proportion of self-employed students among graduates has gradually increased,which has showed high efficiency of innovation and entrepreneurship education.
