摘要
新文科建设要求英语专业以社会与产业的需求为导向,强化实践能力培养,着力培养复合型外语人才。当前国际商务业态的快速变迁对人才需求提出了新的要求,但不少高校在商务英语专业的实践教学环节仍存在培养过程流于形式、内容与产业疏离脱节、产出与实际用人需求不匹配等问题。只有秉承新文科建设理念,基于产教融合强化实践环节,构建一个技能训练系统化、教学内容实战化、考评机制科学化的实践能力培养体系,才能实现“纵向环节贯通、横向主体融合”的进阶式培养过程落地,达到复合型商务英语人才的培养目标。
The construction of Novel Humanities Disciplines requires English majors to focus on cultivating versatile foreign language talents through practical competence training guided by social and industrial needs.The rapid changes in the current international business landscape have brought new demands for talent,yet many colleges.Particularly in the practical teaching components of Business English programs,issues persist such as the training process being superficial,the content being detached from the industry,and the output not aligning with actual employment needs.Only by adhering to the principles of Novel Humanities Disciplines,strengthening the practical components based on industry-education integration,and establishing a systematic,content-driven,and scientifically evaluated practical competence training system,can the progressive training process of“vertical integration and horizontal convergence”be realized,achieving the goal of nurturing versatile Business English talents.
