随着信息技术的日新月异,新媒体在提升老年群体法治素养方面的作用日益突出。新媒体的普及有助于及时告知老年人新型网络陷阱,培养老年群体的民主法律意识,分解提升法治素养的障碍。现阶段,大环境鼓励老年人拥抱数字社会,新媒体领域内老年群体正在逐渐扩大,新媒体平台支持老年群体的加入并提供了可供借鉴的有益经验,无疑为新媒体提升老年群体法治素养提供了一定的可行性。基于此,明确新媒体背景下提升老年人法治素养的理念,创新新媒体宣传手段,提高新媒体之间的融合度,强化新媒体管控,优化媒介环境,方能真正发挥新媒体对于老年群体法治素养的促进作用。

With the rapid development of information technology,the role of new media in enhancing the legal literacy of the elderly population is becoming increasingly prominent.The popularization of new media helps to timely inform the elderly of new online traps,cultivate their democratic legal awareness,and break down obstacles to improving their legal literacy.At present,the overall environment encourages the elderly to embrace the digital society,and the elderly population is gradually expanding in the field of new media.New media platforms support the participation of the elderly population and provide useful experiences for reference,undoubtedly providing certain feasibility for new media to enhance the legal literacy of the elderly population.Based on this,it is necessary to clarify the concept of enhancing the legal literacy of the elderly in the context of new media,innovate new media promotion methods,improve the integration between new media,strengthen new media legislation,and control the media environment in order to truly play the role of new media in promoting the legal literacy of the elderly population.
