“生生之理”与“一体之仁”——基于程颢生命智慧的研究

“Living Li” and “Ren in All as a Whole”— A Research Based on Cheng Hao’s Life Intelligence

作为宋代理学的奠基者之一,程颢对“理”与“仁”的理解独具特色:“理”被赋予“生生”的内涵,挺立为“即活动即存有”的本体;“仁”与“生”关联,挺立为“万物一体”之仁体。在一本上下圆融的思想体系中,“理”“仁”皆为生生不已的道体,且关涉着生命存在的本然状态。“生生之理”造就了“生命延续体”,突破了个体生命之死生局限;“一体之仁”造就了“天地大身体”,超越了个体生命的私己之执。“理”与“仁”的融合为德性生命的存在和发展奠定了乐感意识,接续了先秦儒家关注生命存在的文化慧命,呈现出纵横时间长河与生命广幅的充满爱与责任的生命图谱。

As one of the founders of the Song Dynasty’s Neo Confucianism,Cheng Hao had a unique understanding of“Li”and“Ren”:“Li”is endowed with the connotation of“endless living”,meaning that it is an entity that is both active and existing;the connection between“benevolence”and“life”creates“Ren in all as a whole”.In a harmonious ideological system,“Li”and“Ren”are both living Dao noumenon that is related to the natural state of life existence.The“Living Li”has created the“life extension”,breaking through the limitation of individual life.The“Ren in all as a whole”has created the“cosmic big body”,surpassing the personal persistence.The fusion of“Li”and“Ren”has laid the foundation for the existence and development of moral life with a sense of happiness,continuing the cultural wisdom of pre-Qin Confucianism that focused on the existence of life,presenting a life map full of love and responsibility that spans a long time and a wide range of life.
