螺杆压缩机马氏体铸造缸体缺陷的返修质量提升

摘要 螺杆压缩机是重要的化工工艺气输送设备,大型螺杆压缩机的缸体常使用ZG15Cr13马氏体材料,在铸造时容易出现裂纹和孔型缺陷,一般需进行焊接返修。以ZG15Cr13材料的铸件缸体缺陷返修为例,通过制定合理完善的焊接返修工艺,在返修后对气缸进行形位公差和表面缺陷的检测,最终气缸体通过整体强度试验验证,机组运转试验合格,交付的机组达到长期稳定运行要求。通过此返修实例,为同类气缸的返修提供参考。 Screw compressors are essential equipment for conveying gases in chemical processes.Large units commonly use ZG15Cr13 martensitic material for the cylinder castings,this material is prone to cracks and hole defects,typically requiring welding repairs.Through the development of a reasonable and perfect welding rework process,and post-repair inspections for geometric tolerances and surface defects on the cylinders are conducted.Ultimately,the cylinder body passes the overall hydrostatic test,and the compressor unit operates satisfactorily in trials,meeting the requirements for long-term stable operation.This article provides a reference for similar cylinder repairs through this case study.
