摘要 随着耐切割和耐高温材料的广泛应用,生产成本提高,对无损检测技术的需求也随之增加。本文探讨了无损检测技术在压力容器和压力管道检验中的应用,分析了压力容器安全事故的技术和环境成因,详细介绍了超声波检测、渗透检测、磁粉检测和相控阵检测4种检测技术的原理、优势和局限性。通过实际案例,证明了无损检测技术在发现缺陷、确保设备安全运行方面的有效性和重要性,为读者提供参考。 With the wide application of cutting-resistant and high-temperature-resistant materials,the production cost increases,and the demand for nondestructive testing technology also increases.This paper discusses the application of nondestructive testing technology in the inspection of pressure vessels and pressure pipelines,analyzes the technology and environmental causes of pressure vessel safety accidents,and introduces the principles,advantages and limitations of various detection technologies,including ultrasonic detection,penetrant detection,magnetic particle detection and phased array detection.Through practical cases,proved the effectiveness and importance of nondestructive testing technology in finding defects and ensuring the safe operation of equipment,to provide reference for readers.
