产教融合发展模式及其实践——来自深圳职业技术大学的经验 被引量:1

Industry-Education Integration Development Model and Its Practice-Experience from Shenzhen Polytechnic University

摘要 基于7000余份有效问卷数据,对深职大产教融合现状进行实证研究后发现:电信学院、汽车学院与人工智能学院的改革成效显著,特色鲜明,分别形成了“标准引领”“技术共研”和“产业跨界联盟”三种典型的产教融合模式,打造出了产教融合的“深圳经验”、校企“双元”育人新范式以及高水平“双师型”教师队伍等实践成果。然而,深职大产教融合也面临师生满意度有待提升、行动主体价值观偏差、企业参与意愿不强、校企合作“时间错位”、产教融合落实不到位、教师发展支持体系有待完善等问题。对此,未来改革需着眼于专业设置的持续优化、提升师生在产教融合中的体验、实现课程内容与企业岗位需求的紧密对接、强化应用型科研的地位以及深化政校企行协同教育机制等关键领域,以此推动产教融合高质量发展。 Based on data from over 7,000 valid questionnaires,an empirical study on the current status of industry-education integration at Shenzhen Polytechnic University reveals significant reform effects in the School of Telecommunications,the School of Automotive Engineering and the School of Artificial Intelligence,which have respectively developed distinct features and formed three typical models of industry-education integration:“Standards Orientation,”“Technology Co-research,”and“Cross-Industry Alliances.”These models have fostered practical results such as the“Shenzhen Experience”in industry-education integration,a new paradigm of“Dual-Element Education”between school and enterprise,and a high-level“Dual-Role”teaching staff.However,challenges remain in the industry-education integration at this university,including room for improvement in faculty and student satisfaction,misalignment of values among action subjects,weak participation willingness of enterprises,temporal mismatches in school-enterprise cooperation,inadequate implementation of industry-education integration,and the need for the improvement of faculty development support systems.Future reforms should focus on key areas such as:continuous optimization of program offerings;enhancing the experience of teachers and students in industry-education integration;closely aligning curriculum content with job requirements in enterprises;strengthening the position of applied research;and deepening the collaborative education mechanism among government,schools,enterprises,and industries,to promote high-quality development of industry-education integration.
