120 m高钢筋混凝土烟囱拆除爆破与数值模拟研究

摘要 为成功爆破拆除一座120 m高钢筋混凝土烟囱,根据实际工程环境、工程结构特点完成爆破方案的设计,并运用有限元软件LS-DYNA进行了的爆破设计的合理性验证。结果表明:数值模拟倒塌过程与实际倒塌过程高度一致,烟囱的倒塌过程持续10.5 s左右,在倒塌过程中烟囱筒体主要经历切口闭合、下坐、触地倒塌3个阶段,不同阶段运动规律特征明显。爆破方案整体合理,钢筋混凝土烟囱被成功拆除爆破,达到预期效果,对于相似工程实践具有指导意义。 In order to successfully demolish a 120 m high reinforced concrete chimney by blasting,the design of blasting scheme was completed according to the actual engineering environment and engineering structure characteristics,and the rationality of blasting design was verified by finite element software LS-DYNA.The results show that the collapse process of the numerical simulation is highly consistent with the actual collapse process.The collapse process of the chimney lasts about 10.5 s.During the collapse process,the chimney cylinder mainly undergoes three stages:incision closure,sit-down and touchdown collapse,and the motion characteristics of different stages are obvious.The overall blasting scheme is reasonable,and the reinforced concrete chimney is successfully demolished by blasting,which achieves the expected effect and has guiding significance for similar engineering practice.
