摘要
为使闹市区内独塔单索面预应力斜拉桥爆破拆除工作顺利,爆破安全监理单位提前进场并对爆破施工前期的诸多环节提供专业化的技术服务,确保爆破圆满成功。爆破安全监理单位通过对爆破施工前期的斜拉桥模型建立与试验、安全防护设计、振动监测设计提出可行性建议,并深度参与爆破设计施工单位斜拉桥失稳倒塌模型试验、全面考虑爆破危害风险、开发并高效利用低能见度复杂环境下全方位立体实时智能化爆破安全警戒监控搜索系统等过程。斜拉桥模型爆破试验为斜拉桥实体爆破施工提供的技术借鉴使得爆破施工单位能够更加全面考虑爆破危害风险,规避部分经济损失和负面影响,此外,警戒监控搜索系统的应用推进了高科技手段与爆破项目相结合。鉴于本爆破项目监理单位的提前进场,有利于爆破顺利实施,为后续类似工程爆破监理工作提供了有意义的参考。
In order to make the downtown area of a cable-stayed bridge with a single pylon and one cable plane blasting demolition work carried out smoothly,the blasting safety supervision unit entered the site in advance and provided professional technical services for many aspects of the pre-blasting construction to ensure successful blasting.In the early stage of blasting construction,the blasting safety supervision unit proposed feasible suggestions for the establishment and testing of the cable-stayed bridge model,safety protection design,and vibration monitoring design,and deeply involved in the blasting design and construction unit of the cable-stayed bridge instability collapse model test,comprehensive consideration of the risk of blasting hazards,the development and efficient use of low visibility in complex environments under the all-round three-dimensional real-time intelligent blasting safety alert monitoring and search system and other processes.Cable-stayed bridge model blasting test for cable-stayed bridge solid blasting construction provided technical reference so that the blasting construction unit can more comprehensively consider the risk of blasting hazards,to avoid some of the economic losses and negative impacts.In addition,the application of vigilance monitoring and search system to promote the integration of high-tech means and blasting projects.In view of the early entry of this blasting project supervision unit,which is conducive to the smooth implementation of blasting,and provides a meaningful reference for the subsequent blasting supervision of similar projects.
