某核电工程SBO柴油发电机组设备鉴定方案研究

Research on Appraisal Plans for the Equipment of SBO Diesel Generator Sets in a Nuclear Power Project

全厂断电(Station Block Out,SBO)柴油发电机组在全厂断电事故工况下,除作为水压试验泵的电源外,还为主控室和重要机柜间通风系统、安全壳环形空间通风系统、主泵相关电动阀门及非能动专用电源系统供电,保证控制室某些指示仪正常工作,并使单元机组运行必需的控制器可用,是核电厂的最后一道安全电源防线,其重要性不言而喻。为了确保设备的可靠性,某核电工程SBO柴油发电机组的安全分级为F-SC3(安全重要的非安全设备),且电气设备需要满足K3类鉴定要求。基于此,对某核电工程SBO柴油发电机组的鉴定要求和项目实施方案进行研究。

In the event of the accident condition of Station Blockout(SBO),the diesel generator set not only serves as the power source for the hydraulic test pump,but also provides power supply for the ventilation system between the main control room and the important cabinet room,the ventilation system of containment annulus,the electric valve related to the main pump and the passive dedicated power supply system,so as to ensure the normal operation of some indicators in the control room and make the controllers necessary for the operation of the unit available,which is the last line of defense for a safe power supply in nuclear power plants and has self-evident importance.In order to ensure the reliability of equipment,the safety classification of the SBO diesel generator set in a nuclear power project is F-SC3(safety-critical non-safety equipment),and electrical equipment needs to meet the requirements of K3 classification.Based on this,this article studies the qualification requirements and project implementation plan of the SBO diesel generator set of a certain nuclear power project.
