盾构机刀盘类型地层适应性设计研究

摘要 盾构机刀盘是决定盾构机掘进性能的关键部件。盾构机在不同地质条件下施工时需使用不同类型的刀盘,以达到快速掘进的目的。为了研究盾构机刀盘类型的地层适应性,针对深江铁路项目盾构施工中遇到的问题,基于多个施工案例,对典型地层与典型情况遇到的设计问题进行对比分析和探讨,提出深江铁路项目区间内标段盾构机刀盘类型地质适应性设计的要点,最终形成针对特定地层的刀盘类型设计方法。 The cutterhead of a shield machine is a key component that determines its tunnelling performance.When the shield machine is working under different geological conditions,it necessary to design different types of cutterheads to achieve the purpose of rapid tunneling.In order to study the design of the formation adaptability of the cutterhead type of shield tunneling machines,in response to the problems encountered in the shield tunneling construction of the Shenzhen-Jiangmen Railway project,based on multiple construction cases,this paper makes a comparative analysis and discussion of the design problems encountered in typical strata and typical situations,proposes the key design points of the geological adaptability of the cutterhead type of shield tunneling machines in the bid section of the range of the Shenzhen-Jiangmen Railway project,and finally forms the design method of the geological adaptability of the cutterhead type for specific strata.
