摘要
传统图书馆的咨询服务中,图书馆员与读者都在沟通问答上浪费了大量的时间和精力,业务量大、问题重复等原因使这种服务模式无法为读者提供有效的问答服务,为此需要有一种智能问答服务来减轻图书馆员的工作负担。图书馆应用智能问答能够解决海量信息与用户特定需求之间的矛盾,在快速获取目标内容、节省时间的同时满足用户对高质量信息的需要。
In the traditional consulting services of libraries,both librarians and readers waste a lot of time and energy on communicating questions and answers,and this service model cannot provide effective question and answer services for readers due to the large volume of business and repetitive questions,so an intelligent question and answer service is needed to reduce the workload of librarians.The application of intelligent questions and answers in libraries can solve the contradiction between massive information and specific user needs,which meets the needs of users for high-quality information while quickly obtaining target content and saving time.
