摘要 本文提出一种多参数耦合仿真加速寿命试验方法。讨论常用加速模型对不同变量加速因子的适用范围并建模;针对速度和摩擦力进行动力学仿真分析,并结合环境变量实现多参数耦合加速寿命分析;为验证该方法的可行性和准确性,搭建并进行加速寿命试验。最后通过I-FORM算法对数据进行可靠性评估和对比分析,验证了方法的有效性。 A multi-parameter coupling simulation accelerated life test method is proposed in this paper.The application range of common acceleration models to different variable acceleration factors is discussed and modeled.Dynamic simulation analysis is carried out for velocity and friction,and multi-parameter coupling accelerated life analysis is realized by combining environment variables.To verify the feasibility and accuracy of the method,an accelerated life test was set up and carried out.Finally,the reliability evaluation and comparative analysis of the data are carried out by I-FORM algorithm to verify the effectiveness of the method.
