Design of Aging Friendly Renovation in Old Residential Areas Based on the Behavioral Characteristics of the Elderly

本文主要探究了基于老年人行为特征的老旧小区适老化改造方案。在实地调研的基础上总结了老年人的行为特征,即行为活动的规律性和聚集性。随后以某老旧小区为例,对小区内的自行车棚、废弃用房、闲置平房,以及住宅楼的楼梯和出入口进行了适老化改造。改造后将为老年住户的日常生活提供便利,显著提升老年住户的生活质量。

This article mainly explores the aging friendly renovation plan for old residential areas based on the behavioral characteristics of the elderly.Based on field research,the behavioral characteristics of the elderly,namely the regularity and clustering of behavioral activities,were summarized.Subsequently,taking an old residential area as an example,aging friendly renovations were carried out on the bicycle sheds,abandoned buildings,idle bungalows,as well as the stairs and entrances of residential buildings.After renovation,it will provide convenience for the daily life of elderly residents and significantly improve their quality of life.
