摘要
海上风电导管架是海上风电设备的基础结构,其结构的强度和制作精度必需符合设计要求,才能在全生命周期内承受极端天气的冲击和恶劣环境的腐蚀。为保证导管架的结构强度,导管架在制造过程中需要严格控制精度尺寸。通过在CAD软件平台上进行全站仪测量数据分析,实现导管架组件无余量总装,从而达到对尺寸精准控制和提升工效的目的。
Offshore wind power jacket is the basic structure of offshore wind power equipment,and its structural strength and production accuracy must meet the design requirements,in order to withstand the impact of extreme weather and harsh environment corrosion in the whole life cycle.The jacket needs to strictly control the dimension in the manufacturing process for ensuring the structural strength.By analyzing the total station measurement data on the CAD software platform,the jacket can be assembled without margin,so as to achieve the purpose of dimensional control and improve ergonomics.
