Discussion on the Costs Control of Ship Painting Design

船舶涂装作为造船成本中的一大部分,降低船舶涂装成本势在必行。船舶涂装成本的控制源头在于船舶涂装设计,本文分别对船舶方案设计阶段(或投标阶段)的涂装初步设计成本控制;施工建造阶段的涂装详细设计成本控制、涂装生产设计成本控制作了论述,旨在对业界的造船企业于船舶涂装成本控制方面起到一定的借鉴作用。

The ship painting is accounted for a large proportion of shipbuilding costs,and reducing the ship painting costs are imperative,while the control source of ship painting costs depend on the ship painting design.This paper respectively discusses the costs control on painting preliminary design in conceptual design stage(or bidding stage),painting detail design and painting production design in construction stage for ship project.The aim is to play a reference role in controlling the costs of ship painting for shipbuilding enterprises in the industry.
