甲型流感病毒分子诊断技术的研究进展

摘要 甲型流感病毒(IAV)是引起急性呼吸道疾病的重要病原体之一,易引起散发大流行,对人类健康造成严重的威胁。IAV的高频变异导致精准治疗面临诸多挑战。快速、精准地识别IAV可以减少非必要的抗病毒药物使用,缩短患者病程,利于患者预后。该文主要阐述了目前检测IAV的分子诊断技术,包括核酸扩增技术、测序技术、微流控芯片技术和质谱技术,旨在根据这些技术各自的特点探讨快速、高效检测的技术手段。 Influenza A virus(IAV)is one of the most important pathogens causing acute respiratory diseases,which may easily cause occasional pandemics and seriously endanger human health.Precision therapy encounters numerous challenges due to the high-frequency variation of IAV.The rapid and accurate identification of IAV could help reduce the unnecessary use of antiviral drugs,shorten the duration of patients′illness,and improve patient prognosis.This article mainly explains the current molecular diagnostic technology of IAV detection,including nucleic acid amplification technology,sequencing technology,microfluidic chip technology and mass spectrometry technology.These technologies′features are taken into consideration while discussing the technological methods for quick and effective detection.
