摘要
通过对德州市四个学校233名中小学女教师职业状况、家庭生活、自我认同等方面的调查,发现女教师们的总体职业体验是比较积极的,但也面临着非常大的工作压力;就女教师的性别角色而言,调查结果显示出女教师们具有比较强的女性主体意识、非常的“自我”。
A survey of 233 female teachers in four primary and secondary schools in Dezhou was conducted on their professional status,family life and self-identity.The conclusion is positive.However,they are also facing great work pressure.As far as the gender roles of female teachers,they are concerned,the survey results show that female teachers have relatively strong female subject cons ciousness.
