高职院校创新创业虚拟教研室建设的现状、模型构建与实践研究

摘要 设立虚拟教研室是全面推进教育数字化背景下高校基层教学组织建设的一种创新形式,有效促进了教育教学改革和人才培养质量提升。高职院校创新创业教育面临着师资团队凝聚力不足、基层教学组织建设不健全、教育教学方式不能满足学生需求等问题。高职院校创新创业虚拟教研室可以从构建“塔式结构”模型入手,以组织机构、信息平台和外部环境为塔基,以团队建设、资源建设为塔身,以智慧评价为支柱,整合行业企业和社会组织的多元资源,不断创新高职院校创新创业教育教学内容和方式,提升高职学生的创新精神、创业意识和创新创业能力。 Establishing a virtual teaching and research room is an innovative form of promoting the construction of grassroots teaching organizations in universities under the background of digital education,which effectively promotes education and teaching reform and improving the quality of talent cultivation.Innovation and entrepreneurship education in vocational colleges faces problems such as insufficient cohesion of teaching staff,inadequate construction of grassroots teaching organizations,and inadequate teaching methods to meet the needs of students.The virtual teaching and research room for innovation and entrepreneurship in vocational colleges can start with building a"tower structure"model,with organizational structure,information platform,and external environment as the tower foundation,team building and resource construction as the tower body,and intelligent evaluation as the pillar,integrating diverse resources from industry enterprises and social organizations.By continuously innovating the teaching content and methods of innovation and entrepreneurship education in vocational colleges in this way,we can enhance the innovative spirit,entrepreneurial awareness,and innovation and entrepreneurship ability of vocational college students.
