基于GIS的国土空间辅助规划与管理应用研究——以漳州市为例

Research on the Application of GIS-based Assisted Planning and Management of Land Space:A Case Study of Zhangzhou City

国土空间规划与管理对于城镇可持续发展具有重要意义。本文以福建省漳州市为研究对象,运用GIS(地理信息系统)技术,辅助对国土空间规划的现状“三调”转译、建立“双评价”体系、划定城镇开发边界和建立信息管理平台等内容,探讨国土空间规划与管理的方法及其在实际应用中的有效性。通过对国土空间数据的采集、处理与分析,为国土资源的合理利用和规划提供科学依据。

Land space planning and management are of significant importance to urban sustainable development.Taking Zhangzhou City,Fujian Province,as the research object,this paper utilizes GIS(Geographic Information System)technology to assist in translating the current status of territorial spatial planning,establishing a'dual evaluation'system,delineating urban development boundaries,and establishing information management platforms.The paper discusses the methods of land space planning and management and their effectiveness in practical applications.Through the collection,processing,and analysis of land spatial data,it provides a scientific basis for the rational utilization and planning of land resources.
