摘要
针对城轨齿轮下箱体铸件,利用UG三维软件辅助计算确定铸件关键模数Ms;采用均衡凝固技术,设计浇冒系统;基于Procast数值模拟软件,进行充型及凝固过程数值模拟,有效地预测了在凝固过程中出现的缩松缩孔问题的位置,对铸造工艺方案进行优化处理,缩短新产品试制周期,降低生产成本。
For the easting of the lower box of the urban rail gear,UG 3D software is used to calculate and determine the key module Ms of the casting;Adopt proportional solidification technology to design pouring and pouring system;Based on Procast numerical simulation software,the mold filling and solidification process numerical simulation is carried out,the location of slirinkage porosity and shrinkage cavity problems in the solidification process is effectively predicted,and the casting process plan is optimized to shorten the trial production cycle of new products and reduce production exists.
