摘要
针对曲轴加工完之后表面的夹渣缺陷,从原材料及生产过程进行全面梳理,找出可能导致夹渣缺陷的原因。通过加强原材料管理,残余Mg含量及曲轴弯曲的管控,减少了夹渣缺陷,提高了产品质量。
The surface of high grade ductile iron cranksliaft have inclusion defects after machining.Through the comprehensive inspection and analysis of raw materials and production process,the possible causes of inclusion defects are found.By strengthening the management of raw materials,the residual Mg content and the control of crankshaft bending,the inclusion defects are reduced and the product quality is improved.
