摘要
介绍了球墨铸铁管脚手架扣件与可锻铸铁管脚手架扣件的力学性能、铸造性能及使用性能,分析了采用球铁代替可锻铸铁来生产脚手架扣件的可行性。通过球墨铸铁扣件与可锻铸铁扣件力学性能试验对比,发现球墨铸铁扣件的抗滑移、抗破坏、扭转刚度等力学性能均优于可锻铸铁扣件,特别是扭转刚度性能指标优势表现得更加明显。同时,应用球墨铸铁扣件和可锻铸铁扣件生产成本对比降低了6.8%,实现了节能减排。
The mechanical properties,casting properties and service properties of nodular east iron scaffold fasteners and malleable cast iron scaffold fasteners are introduced.The feasibility of using nodular iron instead of malleable iron to produce scaffold fasteners is analyzed.By comparing the mechanical properties of ductile cast iron fasteners and malleable cast iron fasteners,it is found that the mechanical properties of ductile cast iron fasteners are superior to those of malleable cast iron fasteners,such as anti-slip,anti-damage and torsional stiffness,especially the advantages of torsional stiffness are more obvious.At the same time,the production cost of ductile iron fastener is reduced by 6.8%,and energy saving and emission reduction are realized.
