摘要
气孔缺陷是湿型铸造中最常见的缺陷之一。针对发动机气缸体湿型砂铸造过程中出现的气孔缺陷形成原因进行了分析,并采取了优化局部结构、浇注系统和提高浇注温度等措施,最终解决了气缸体缸筒气孔缺陷的问题。
Porosity defect is one of the most common defects in wet mold casting.The causes of porosity defects in the green sand casting process of engine cylinder block were analyzed,and measures such as optimizing local structure,optimizing pouring system and raising pouring temperature were taken to finally solve the problem of porosity defects of cylinder block.
