活性炭粉对AZ31镁合金轧制变形能力的影响

摘要 采用金相显微镜研究了活性炭粉对AZ31镁合金晶粒尺寸的影响,并对比研究了晶粒细化对AZ31镁合金轧制变形能力的影响。结果表明:铸造态AZ31镁合金平均晶粒尺寸为325μm,添加1wt%的活性炭粉后晶粒尺寸减少到183μm。AZ31镁合金在400℃轧制,第2道次出现明显的边裂,随着轧制道次增加边裂现象严重。AZ31-1wt%C镁合金在400℃轧制,第3道次开始出现边裂,AZ31-1wt%C镁合金的轧制变形能力好于AZ31镁合金的。 The effect of activated carbon powder on the grain size of AZ31 magnesium alloy was studied by metallographic microscope,and the effect of grain refinement on the rolling deformation ability of AZ31 magnesiumalloy was comparatively studied.The results show that the average grain size of the cast AZ31magnesium alloy is 325μm,and the grain size decreases to 183μm after the addition of 1wt%activated carbon powder.When AZ31 magnesium alloys are rolled at 400℃,obvious edge cracks appear in the second pass rolling,and the edge cracks become more serious with the increase of rolling passes.When AZ31-1wt%C magnesium alloys are rolled at 400℃,edge cracks appear in the third pass rolling,and AZ31-1wt%C magnesiumalloys show better rollability than that of AZ31 magnesiumalloy.
