高等医学教育国际化初探

Internationalization of Higher Medical Education

随着中国经济的发展、人民生活水平的提高,人民群众对卫生健康和医疗水平的需求越来越高,国家加大了医疗机构的建设,并增加了对医学高层次人才的需求。此文通过对比分析国内外医学生培养模式,借鉴国外成熟的高等医学教学模式,结合医学院校的实际情况,从高等医学教育国际化视角,对高等医学教育改革提出了一些建议和思考,以推进医学教育国际化,形成独特的高等医学教育培养模式,提升医学生的创新能力和人文素养,为国家培养出高层次的医学人才。

With the development of China’s economy.People’s standard of living is getting higher and higher.People pay much more attention to health and medical care.More hospitals have been established and the number of high-level medical talents are needed urgently.After making a comparison and conducting an analysis of different methods,the current situation of medical schools is com⁃bined with advanced foreign teaching modes to form unique cultivating model of higher medical education.In this article,some sugges⁃tions on higher medical education were put forward to internationalize medical education,stimulating creativity and providing humani⁃ties education for medical students.
