摘要
基于柯氏模式构建反应层、学习层、行为层、结果层4个层级在线学习效果评估模式,在药物分析在线课程教学中进行实践。通过对4个层级的数据进行分析,给予药物分析在线课程建设和提升学生在线学习效果的反馈性意见,为进一步改进职业人才培养模式、调整教学策略提供建议,达到以评促建、以评促学的目的。
A four-tier online learning effectiveness assessment model with reaction,learning,behavior and results criteria model based on Kirkpatrick model was constructed for practical research in online learning of pharmaceutical analysis.Through four levels of data analysis,the aim is to give feedback on the construction of online course and enhancement of students’online learning effective⁃ness,to provide suggestions for further improving the professional talent training model and adjusting teaching strategies,to achieve the purpose of promoting online course construction and learning effectiveness through evaluation.
