基于刻意练习理念的辨证教学模式培养中医临床思维能力探究

摘要 以培养学生中医临床思维能力为导向,探索刻意练习理念在中医辨证教学中的运用,以符合刻意练习理念,有明确的目标、清晰的内容、有效的过程、及时的反馈、反复练习的循环的教学设计,帮助学生形成自动心理表征。文章在辨证理论教学中尝试多种方法,在辨证实践教学中尝试分阶段教学(情境案例教学、临床实践教学、病案书写教学),将西方教学理论与中医传统教学相融合,提升中医辨证教学质量,以期为中医辨证教学提供新思路、新方法。 Aiming at cultivating students’clinical thinking ability of TCM,the application of deliberate practice concept in TCM syn⁃drome differentiation teaching was explored.With clear teaching objectives,the teaching design has clear teaching content,effective teaching process,timely teaching feedback,repeated practice cycle in line with the concept of deliberate practice teaching design,and helps students form automatic mental representation.This paper tried a variety of methods in the theory teaching of syndrome differen⁃tiation,and tried to teach in stages(situational case teaching,clinical practice teaching,medical record writing teaching)in the prac⁃tice teaching of syndrome differentiation,integrated Western teaching theories with TCM teaching,and improved the teaching quality of TCM syndrome differentiation,with a view to providing new ideas and methods for TCM syndrome differentiation teaching.
