益气复脉注射液联合沙库巴曲缬沙坦钠片治疗心衰气阴两虚证临床观察

Yiqi Fumai Injection Combined with Sakubatrox Valsartan in Treating Heart Failure of Deficiency of Qi and Yin Syndrome

目的探讨益气复脉注射液联合沙库巴曲缬沙坦钠片治疗心力衰竭(简称为“心衰”)气阴两虚证的临床效果。方法选取2020年8月-2022年8月收治的心衰气阴两虚证患者50例作为研究对象,以抽签法随机分为对照组、治疗组,各25例。对照组给予常规治疗联合沙库巴曲缬沙坦钠片,治疗组在此基础上联用益气复脉注射液,比较两组治疗效果。结果治疗组总有效率为92.00%(23/25),高于对照组的80.00%(20/25)(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组中医证候积分差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,两组中医证候积分均低于治疗前,且治疗组低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗组心功能疗效优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论益气复脉注射液联合沙库巴曲缬沙坦钠片治疗心衰气阴两虚证,效果明确,可显著缓解患者症状,并能够安全有效改善心功能状况,值得临床积极推广。

Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of Yiqi Fumai injection combined with Shakubatrox valsartan sodium tablets in treating patients with heart failure of deficiency of qi and yin syndrome.Methods From August 2020 to August 2022,50 patients with heart failure of deficiency of qi and yin syndrome were selected as the research objects,and were randomly divided into the control group and the treatment group by drawing lots,with 25 patients in each group.The control group was treated with routine treatment and Shakubatrox valsartan sodium tablets,and the treatment group was treated with Yiqi Fumai injection on this basis.The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of the treatment group was 92.00%(23/25),which was higher than that of the control group(80.00%,20/25)(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no significant difference in TCM syndrome scores between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the TCM syndrome scores of both groups were lower than before treatment,and the treatment group was lower than the control group(P<0.05).The curative effect of cardiac function in treatment group was better than that in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Yiqi Fumai injection combined with Shakubatrox valsartan sodium tablets has a clear ef⁃fect in the treatment of heart failure of qi and yin deficiency syndrome.It can significantly alleviate the symptoms of patients,and can improve their cardiac function safely and effectively.It is worth actively promoting in clinical practice.
